On Friday 2nd October, Nadhim visited a number of businesses across the constituency to hear about their experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic, learn about the ways in which they have adapted, and take their feedback about the support the Government has given to businesses at this time.
The businesses visited were:
The Farm, Snitterfield: https://thefarmstratfordshop.com/
The Warwickshire Artisans, Wootton Wawen: https://www.warwickshireartisans.co.uk/
Green Mech, Kings Coughton: https://greenmech.co.uk/
Plato Catering Hire, Alcester: https://www.platohire.co.uk/
Commenting, Nadhim said "it was a pleasure to visit such a wide variety of businesses on Friday. Firstly I went to The Farm in Snitterfield, which has been doing excellent work during the pandemic through its food delivery service.
"Secondly the Warwickshire Artisans who, despite a difficult few months, are now taking large commissions from local businesses.
"I then went to Green Mech UK who have been manufacturing wood chippers and shredders since 1963 with a worldwide export base.
"And finally I visited Plato Catering Hire who, as an events business, have been severely affected this year, but are determined to bounce back in 2021 and continue supplying the local events and wedding industries as they have been doing for 21 years".
