Local MP Nadhim Zahawi attended a Hoteliers’ Forum at the Macdonald Alveston Manor in Stratford-on-Avon.

Nadhim said:

“It was a pleasure to attend the Hoteliers’ Forum at Alveston Manor Hotel, meeting local hotel owners and discussing the challenges facing the industry.

“Stratford-on-Avon  has a dynamic hospitality and tourism sector, so the impact of Covid-19 was always going to be considerable, however, the Government introduced its first ever Hospitality Strategy last year which supported the sector in its recovery.

“The Strategy focussed on reopening, recovery and resilience with an additional £5 billion worth of grants.”
