I am delighted with last night's result in Stratford which saw me elected with 26,052 votes, 51.54% of all votes cast. I would like to thank everyone who voted for me and the unsung heroes of the campaign, our fantastic volunteers who tirelessly canvassed, sat outside polling stations telling and chased up votes right until the polls closed.
