I'm glad to announce that the consultation on Warwickshire County Council’s proposals to alleviate the traffic problems on the Birmingham Road will be launched on Friday 22nd January 2016.
The launch event will be held on at the Stratford ArtsHouse, Rother Street. It will start at 5pm and end at 7pm,
I will make a few opening remarks at the start of the evening, and then the public will be able to view the proposals and have their say on which one is the best.
Further exhibitions will be held on the 28th January between 10am and 4pm and the 30th January between 10am and 4pm.
When the consultation is launched, you can go online at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/BirminghamRoadStratford to view the proposals.
A feedback form can be found at the above website, and will be at the exhibitions as well. The closing date for responses is Monday 7th March 2016.
Exhibition boords will also be on display at Stratford library from Tuesday 2 Feburary 2016 until Monday 7 March 2016.
The correct solution can’t be chosen and implemented in a lasting way overnight, but I’m glad to see continued progress to a proper solution.
I look forward to seeing as many constituents as possible next week!
